上海郊区保护地主要蔬菜灰霉病抗药性的初步研究 被引量:16

摘要 从上海市闵行区华漕乡、青浦县赵屯乡、金山县亭林乡等地番茄、草莓、茄子的病叶或病果上分离到的灰葡萄孢菌(BotryliscinereaPer.exFr.)进行抗多菌灵(Carbendazim)、速克灵(Procymidone)的测定.结果表明,闵行区华漕乡侵害番茄的B.cinerea全部表现为双抗;而青浦县赵屯乡侵害草莓的B.cinerea只有42.30%为抗性菌株(其中单抗菌株占23.08%,双抗菌株占19.23%);金山县亭林乡等新菜区的番茄、茄子上的B.cinerea全部表现为敏感.可见,B.cinerea在上海市郊区不同地域的抗药性差异很大,且B.cinerea群体组成也非常复杂.自安徽省巢湖地区番茄生产基地上分离到的B.cinerea同样表现为100%的双抗,与上海市华漕乡番茄上的B.cinerea抗性程度基本一致。 The Botrytis cinerea strains were isolated from tomatoes;strawberries andeggplants in Huacao of Minhang;Zhaotun of Qingpu and Tinglin of Jinshan and tested forresistance to Carbendazim and Procymidone;respectively.All B.cinerea strains fromtomatoes in Huacao showed double-resistance.42.30percent of the strains from strawberriesin Zhaotun were resistant strains;where single-resistant strains taking up 23.08 percent;double-resistant strains 19.23 percent.All strains from tomatoes and egg-plants in newvegetable zone in Tinglin of Jinshan showed the scnsitivity to the two above fungicides.Thefungicide-resistance of B.cinerea strains in different sites of Shanghai were obviouslydifferent and their population composition was complex.100 percent of the strains fromtomatoes in Chaohu of Anhui.a vegetable production base for Shanghai;exhibited the samefungicide-resistance as in Huacao of Shanghai.
