摘要
本文为了了解不同强度运动以及运动和雌激素联合作用对去卵巢大鼠血清雌二醇水平的影响。通过将72只3月龄雌性SD大鼠分为正常对照组(SHAM)、骨质疏松对照组(OVX)、雌激素对照组(OVX+ES)、低强度运动组(OVX+EX1)、低强度运动加雌激素组(OVX+EX1+ES)、中等强度运动组(OVX+EX2)、中等强度运动加雌激素组(OVX+EX2+ES)、大强度运动组(OVX+EX3)、大强度运动加雌激素组(OVX+EX3+ES),各组大鼠1h/天、5天/周、持续8周运动后利用免疫荧光法测定各组大鼠血清雌二醇水平。结果得出骨质疏松对照组(OVX)与SHAM组相比雌二醇浓度下降了89%(P<0.001)。与OVX组相比,单纯三种强度的运动的大鼠雌二醇增分别增加了41%(P<0.05)、49%(P<0.05)和17%(P>0.05)。三个联合组雌二醇较三个单纯运动组增高,但与雌激素对照组间差异无显著性意义。最终结论为中、低强度的运动可增加去卵巢后未补充雌激素大鼠的雌二醇水平。而三种强度的运动不能增加去卵巢后补充雌激素大鼠的雌二醇水平。
Objectives: to probe into the effects of the combination of exercises of different intensity and estrogen on the serum levels of E2. Methods : 72 female SD rats, 3 months of age, were either sham-operated (SHAM) or ovariotomized (OVX) and assigned as following: SHAM, OVX, OVX + ES (ovariotomy with estrogen administration), OVX + EX1, OVX + EX2, OVX + EX3, OVX + EX1+ ES, OVX +EX2+ES,and OVX+EX3+ES. The serum levels of estradiol were tested after a period of lh/day, 5 days/week for 8 weeks treadmill training with the speed of 8m/min (EX1), 18m/min(EX2) and 28m/min (EX3) by immunoradiometric assays. Results:The level of E2 in OVX was lower than that in SHAM by 89% (P〈0. 001). Compared with OVX , the concentration of E2 was increased by 41% (P〈0.05),49% (P〈0.05) and 17% (P〈0.05) in groups of OVX +EX1,OVX +EX2and OVX+EX3 respectively. The concentration of E2 in three combined groups was higher than that in the three single exercise groups but had no significant changes compared with OVX +ES. Conclusion: the ovariotomized rats with only low and moderate exercises exhibited exercise-induced increase in E2, while exercises of three different intensities did not alter the level of E2 in the ovariotomized rats with estrogen administration.
