摘要
采用睾丸生精细胞空气干燥制片法和骨髓细胞染色体制片法,研究石鸡染色体数目和组型。结果表明,染色体2n=76±(♀),大染色体10对,微粒状染色体28对;染色体组型:性染色体为ZZ/ZW♀型,1,2号染色体属亚中部(sm)着丝粒染色体,3,4,6~38号染色体均为端部(t)着丝粒染色体,5号染色体Z,W分别为中部(m)、端部(t)着丝粒染色体,W染色体长度在6~7号染色体之间。应用睾丸空气干燥制片法研究。
By adopting the method based on colchicine hypotonic air drying technique with bone marrow cells and the method based on colchicine hypotonic air drying technique with spermatogenic cells,this paper studied the chromosome complement of Alectoris graeca Pubescens.The results indicates,the diploid chromosome 2n=76±(·♀).The sex chromosome type is zz() and zw(♀).According to the standard of Levan in 1964,the first and the second chromosome belong to the sm type chromosomes.The third, the 4th and from the 6th to the 38th chromosome are all t type chromosomes.The sex chromosome Z is m type and W is t type chromosome.The length of W chromosome is between the 6th and the 7th chromosome.By using the method based on colchicine hypotonic air drying technique with spermatogenic cells we can make the statistical results of chromosome more reliable.
