溶血磷脂酸与卵巢癌研究新进展

摘要 溶血磷脂酸(LPA)是一种类生长因子多功能磷脂信使,其通过G蛋白耦联受体发挥多种生物学作用。溶血磷脂酸在卵巢癌患者腹水和血浆中明显升高,有可能成为卵巢癌早期诊断标志物。体外试验证明,溶血磷脂酸促卵巢癌细胞增殖、浸润和转移,参与肿瘤血管生成、抗细胞凋亡和耐药等。调解溶血磷脂酸代谢,阻断溶血磷脂酸受体,干扰溶血磷脂酸信号传导,有望成为卵巢癌治疗新靶标。
