摘要
切分轧制中预切分和切分孔型形状特殊,轧件断面需准确控制,为精确预报轧件断面尺寸,基于刚塑性材料的马尔柯夫变分原理,采用刚塑性有限元法对切分孔型内金属的流动进行分析,认为切分孔型内金属质点大致沿中立面向两边进行移动,形成轧件的强迫宽展。在孔型中立面处,不均匀变形剧烈,位置为:Bp≈0.4~0.48B。
The pre-slitting and slitting passes have special shapes and the section of rolling piece needs to be controlled accurately during slitting rolling. To predict accurately the section of rolling piece, based on Markov Algorithms for rigid plastic material and adopted rigid plasticity finite law, the present thesis analyzes the flowing metal in slitting pass and thinks that the metal particles in slitting pass approximately move to both sides along the neutral surface and form the forced spread of the rolling piece.Tempestuous asymmetric deformation appears at pass neutral surface, positioning at: Bp≈0.4-0.48B.
