针对宝钢股份公司热轧厂薄带钢头部终轧温度设定精度偏低的问题,采集了大量生产数据,并对终轧温度模型进行了分析与优化,较大地提高了温度设定精度。

With the purpose of improving the low accuracy of finishing rolling temperature pre-set model, a great deal of actual production data were collected, and the model was analyzed and optimized. As a result the accuracy of pre-set model was obviously increased.
