摘要
对生产薄规格(≤2.5mm)、窄断面(1220-1270mm)低碳钢热轧带卷时易出现带钢头部缠夹送辊问题进行了现场跟踪和分析,得出该事故产生与夹送辊的生产条件变化和夹送辊的管理制度等有关。通过采取完善夹送辊管理制度、缩短夹送辊更换周期和增加上、下夹送辊偏移量等措施,使带钢缠夹送辊事故明显减少。
The phenomenon of low carbon, thin thickness (≤2.5mm) and narrow section ( 1220- 1270mm) strip head winding-up on pinch roll was tracked and analyzed. The main causes were the production condition and managernent system changed of pinch roll.Therefore, the cotmtermeasures were put forward, such as improving mangement system, shorting changing time and adding offset amount of pinch roll, etc., and this fail was obviously reduced.
