摘要
本文将关于村干部的激励强度划分为“工作满意度评价”、“工作难易度评价”与“留任意愿评价”三个替代指标。通过分析第一手农村调查数据并建立Logistic模型,研究了“工资报酬”、“社会声誉”、“发展机会”及“规范化村治制度”等激励因素对村干部激励强度的贡献情况。
This paper studies village cadres' incentive on three dimensions, such as job - satisfaction evaluation, job - difficulty evaluation and job - retaining will. After analyzing the first investigated rural data and building Logistics Model, this paper has studied four incentive elements like payment, reputation, developmental chance and institutions of rural governance, whose contribution to village cadres' allover incentive.
