摘要 目的通过测定23例喉癌患者喉癌组织的端粒酶活性和凋亡抑制因子survivin mRNA表达水平,探讨端粒酶活性和survivin mRNA表达水平这两个指标之间的关系。方法采用Taqm an技术建立荧光实时定量FQ-PCR方法检测喉鳞癌组织的survivin mRNA;应用TRAP-ELISA法测定喉癌组织的端粒酶活性。结果喉癌组织中survivin mRNA的表达水平与端粒酶活性具有相关性,呈正相关(r=0.591,P=0.003)。结论survivin可能是使端粒酶活性增高的细胞因子。 Objective To measure the expression of survivin mRNA and telomerase activity in larynx carcinoma, and analyse the relationship between survivin mRNA and telomerase activity. Methods Expression of survivin mRNA and telomerase activity were analysed in 23 patients with larynx carcinoma by FQ-PCR and TRAP-ELISA. Result Expression of survivin mRNA in larynx carcinoma had positive correlation to telomerase activity(r = 0. 591, P = 0. 003 ). Conclusion survivin may be one of the cell factors to increase telomerase activity.
