叙述了资源安全在经济发展中的重要性。在21世纪上半叶,我国将出现多项资源短缺,峰极相逼,经济建设快速发展与自然资源保障之间的矛盾日益突出,为此必须引起高度重视,在科学发展观的指导下,采取一系列对策措施,建立起经济发展中的资源安全保障体系。
The author discussed upon the important of resources safet during the economic development. In the first period of 21st century, China would be in short of many kinds of resources. The contradiction between rapid economic development and natural resources guarantee would be stressed increasingly. This should be attached great importance and to adopt a series of measures and countermeasures to establish the resource safety guarantee system in the economic development by the guiding of scientific development concept.
