WEHI－3细胞的自我刺激作用

SELF-STIMULATING EFFECTS OF WEHI-3 CELLS

采用体外液体培养和琼脂半固体培养方法，观察ＷＥＨＬ－３细胞的生长特点。结果表明，种入的细胞浓度越高，细胞增殖越快；ＷＥＨＩ－３细胞条件培养液对ＷＥＨＩ－３细胞的生长、集落形成及小鼠粒－单系造血祖细胞集落（ＣＦＵ－ＧＭ）产率均有明显的刺激作用（Ｐ＜０．０１）。提示ＷＥＨＩ－３条件培养液具有ＧＭ－ＣＳＦ活性。

The liquid assay and the semisolid agar assay were used to investigate the growth character-istics of WEHI一3cells. It was demonstrated that multiplication rate of the ells with 104 cells·ml-1 in concentration was greater than those with 103 cells·ml-1 in concentration(P<0. 05),and the number of WEHI-3 cells colonies formed increased significantey when high concentrationof WEHI一3 cells were plated(p<0.05).WEHI-3 conditioned medium has evident stimulatingeffects on the proliferation of WEHI- 3 cells,and on the formation of murine CFU-GM colonies. These results suggest that WEHI-3 cells can produce GM-CSF activity and by the effects of suchactivity WEHO-3 cells promote their self一growth.This study provides essential data for usingWEHI-3 cells as cell model for further investigation.
