摘要
在冲压生产过程中,废料的产生是不可避免的,一般来说,对从凹模中跳出的较大的废料,已经有了各种防范措施,但是有些废料不是显而易见的,现对冲压生产过程中产生细小、粉末状废料的原因进行了详细分析,并提出了防止此类废料产生的方法,提高了模具寿命和制件质量。
The occurrence of scraps is unavoidable during stamping procedure. There have been many ways for treating large pieces of scraps from cavities. In this paper, the causes of the occurrence of little powdered scraps were analyzed in detail. Then the measures of scraps avoidance were presented.
