基于顾客金字塔模型的有效顾客管理 被引量:1

摘要 企业管理人员应以顾客金字塔模型为指导,把顾客划分为几个不同的层级,分析不同层级的顾客价值和投资成本,并针对不同层级采取不同的管理措施,从而对核心顾客和非核心顾客分类进行管理,以便提高企业的赢利能力。
