摘要
目的:探讨鼻息肉组织中免疫球蛋白E(IgE)和粒细胞巨噬细胞集落刺激因子(GM-CSF)的表达对嗜酸性粒细胞浸润聚集的作用及二者的关系及意义。方法:采用双抗体夹心酶联免疫吸附测定法,分别检测30例鼻息肉标本和11例鼻中隔手术患者下鼻甲黏膜标本组织匀浆中IgE和GM-CSF水平,同时观测两组组织中嗜酸性粒细胞的浸润程度。结果:鼻息肉组织中IgE、GM-CSF水平及嗜酸性粒细胞数均明显高于对照组,差异有显著性意义(P均<0.01),且二者水平分别与鼻息肉组织中嗜酸性粒细胞数呈正相关(r分别为0.68和0.62,P<0.01),且鼻息肉中IgE与GM-CSF水平呈正相关(r=0.54,P<0.01)。结论:鼻息肉是以嗜酸性粒细胞浸润为特征的疾病过程;IgE及GM-CSF则对鼻息肉中嗜酸性粒细胞浸润发挥重要作用;IgE介导的I型变态反应在鼻息肉的形成和发展中占有重要地位。
Objective:The purpose is to study the effect of IgE,GM-CSF to eosinophil accumulation in the nasal polyps and find the relationship between IgE and GM-CSF. Methods: Thirty mucosa constitution samples of nasal polyps and eleven inferior nasal concha were observed. The concentration of IgE and GM-CSF was measured with ELISA techique in homogenized polyp tissue and in control mucosa, and the number of eosinophils were counted in the same tissues. Results:The statistical analysis showed that the level of IgE, GM-CSF and eosinophils have significant different between the nasal polyps and control group (P 〈0.01). There was positive correlation between IgE/GM-CSF and the number of eosinophils in the nasal polyps group (r =0.68, r =0.62, P 〈0.01 ). The correlation between concenstration of IgE and GM-CSF was also significant in nasal polyps group(r =0.54, P 〈 0.01 ). Conlusion: Nasal polyps is characterized by eosinophil accumulation. IgE and GM-CSF may be contributed to the recruitment of eosinophils in nasal polyps. Type-1 allergy mediated by IgE played an important role in the pathogenesis of nasal polyps.
