摘要
对霍山县水土保持防护体系建设的重要性和必要性进行了论述，并对抗灾减灾效益进行了分析，为振兴山区经济提供依据。
The importances and necessity to constructing the protective system of water and soil conservation are explained in the paper. The effects on disaster-resistance and disaster-reduction are analysed,so that promoting the economic development in this area.
