摘要
目的：探讨直肠癌永久性结肠造口的综合护理措施。方法：对患者实施心理观察与护理、造口护理、饮食指导。结果：患者接受并掌握了结肠造口知识及护理方法。结论：提高永久性结肠造口患者的生活质量,做好围手术期护理是关键。
Objective： Probe into nursing measures of colostomy. Method： To implement psychological observention and nursing, stomy nursing and diet guidance for patients. Result： Patients with clostomy could master knowleages and nursing for colostomy. Conclusion： The key of improve patient＇s life quality was do well perioperation nursing.
