术前访视在择期手术患者中的应用

Application of preoperation visit for operation patients in choosen stage.

目的：探讨术前访视对择期手术患者生理和心理有效性影响,为手术室开展术前访视提供理论依据。方法：将120例择期硬膜外麻醉手术患者随机分为实验组和对照组,对照组接受临床常规治疗和护理；实验组除接受临床常规治疗和护理外还接受术前访视教育。采用状态-特质焦虑(STAL)量表对访视前后患者焦虑情绪进行测评,测定人院时和麻醉前血压、脉率,术后进行心理满意度调查。结果：术前两组患者焦虑均值、脉率、血压波动差异无统计学意义；麻醉前15 min,实验组患者焦虑均值升高幅度和生理指标变化幅度明显低于对照组,术后心理满意度调查明显高于对照组。结论：术前访视可缓解患者术前应激反应,稳定生命体征,便于麻醉手术顺利进行,便于术后康复,提高手术室护理质量。

Objective： Probe into the influence of physiology and psychological of preoperation visiting to operation patients, and to provide theory basis for preoperation visit. Method： 120 patients were divided into test group and control group, the control group adopted normal therapy and nursing; the test group were given education of preoperation visiting based on normal therapy and nursing. To assess patients＇ anxiety by STAL after visit. Result： There were no statistics senses on anxiety, pulse rate and blood presure, between two groups; 15 minents before anaesthesia, patients＇ anxiety level and physiology change in test group were lower than control group, the satisfaction of mental in test group was higher than control group. Conclusion： Preoperation visiting may decrease anxiety before operation, stabilize feature of life, it was worth to improve nursing quality.
