摘要
用0.0005、0.001、0.003、0.005、0.007mol·L-1浓度的NaN3诱发油用向日葵突变。结果表明,油葵M1的发芽率、出苗率和幼苗高度均随NaN3浓度的提高而降低。NaN3诱发向日葵的适宜浓度为近于或略高于0.007mol·L-1,高于诱发禾本科作物突变的适宜浓度。
Seeds of sunflower were treated by NaN3 with 0. 0005mol. L-1, 0. 001mol·L-1,0. 003mol·L-1,0. 005mol·L-1 and 0. 007mol. L-1. The results indicated that rate ofgermination, rate of emergence and seedling height were reduced with the increase of concentrations of NaN3. The concentration of 0. 007mol·L-1 or slightly over 0. 007mol·L-1 of NaN3 were suggested to be suitable for obtaining mutant of sunflower, which exceeded that in grasses.
