摘要
基于ADAMS建立反映火炮射击动态特性的虚拟样机,定义归一化炮口振动的目标函数,采用灵敏度分析方法研究结构参数对炮口振动的影响,解决具有不同量纲的结构参数影响显著性对比难题,并获得对火炮射击精度有重要影响的结构参数。利用序列二次规划算法与虚拟样机融合,实现对结构参数的动态优化。研究结果表明该型火炮具有较大的设计改进空间。最后,展望虚拟样机技术的应用前景及下一步工作的研究方向。
Virtual prototype of guns system during firing is created by using ADAMS, and the normalized function of muzzle vibration is established. Relative sensitivity analysis method is introduced to analyze effect of structural parameters on initial disturbance. Thus the contrast problems of structural design parameters with different dimension are solved, and the parameters that affect initial disturbance most are achieved. Furthermore, design parameters are optimized to minimize initial disturbance with combination of virtual prototyping and SQP method. The conclusion that the design parameters of gun involved should be further improved is drawn, and it provides scientific references to design and development of complicated military equipment. Finally, the perspective of study on integrative performance of guns system based on virtual prototype is presented.
