Treatment of proximal humeral fracture with T shape external fixation frame

目的：介绍T形外固定架治疗肱骨近端骨折的手术方法.方法：回顾自1998年以来用T形外固定架治疗肱骨近端骨折32例,其中男19例,女13例;年龄26～75岁,平均55岁.骨折按Neer分型：Ⅰ型7例,Ⅲ型20例,Ⅳ型4例,Ⅵ型1例.结果：32例均获随访,时间10～20个月,按尚天裕肩关节功能评分标准判定,优20例,良10例,满意2例,优良率96%.结论：应用T形外固定架治疗肱骨近端骨折符合肱骨近端骨折的生物学固定要求,疗效可靠,值得推广.

Objective： To introduce operative method of T shape external fixator in the treatment of proximal humeral fracture. Methods：Thirty-two patients with proximal humeral fracture were treated with T shape external fixator. Among them, 19 patients were male and 13 patients were female,ranging in age from 26 to 75 years（ mean 55 years）. According to Neer classification,7 patients were Type I , 20 patients were Type Ⅲ ,4 patients were Type Ⅳ ,and 1 patient was Type Ⅵ. Results：All the patients were followed up from 10 to 20 months, According to SHANG Tian-yu scoring standard on the function of shoulder joint,20 patients had excellent results, 10 good and 2 fair,the excellent and good rate was 96%. Conelusion：T shape external fixator is an ideal method for the treatment of proximal humeral fracture.
