普通小麦辐射敏感性的多样性模糊聚类分析 被引量:2

摘要 研究采用49个普通小麦品种组成的样本群体,对小麦(TriticumaestivumL.)辐射敏感性进行了模糊聚类分析。结果表明,小麦辐射敏感性呈连续性变异,表现为丰富的多样性。当λ步长足够小时,几乎找不到任何两个辐射敏感性相同的品种。随着λ步长的增大,辐射敏感性相近的品种便聚成一类。λ步长为0.02时,供试样本群体被分成24组。考虑到辐射诱变育种的实践,通过增大λ步长到0.18,样本群体辐射敏感性被分为5类,分别称之为极迟钝型、迟钝型、中间型。 By means of fuzzy clustering method,the diversity of radiosensitivity of wheat(Triticum aestivum L.) was analyzed with a sample population of 49 varieties.The result showed that the radiosensitivity of T.aestivum L.manifests significant difference among varieties.If the selected step of λ level is enough short,the radiosensitivity of all varieties within the sample population is different from one to another,which reflects the diversity of the radiosensitivity of T.aestivum L.Considering the application of radiosensitivity of wheat varieties in the practice of radiation induction breeding,the author has,according to their responses to radiation,classified the varieties into five groups that are named as higher resistant,resistant,intermediate,sensitive and higher sensitive,respectively.
