p53基因与DNA损伤信号调节的研究进展 被引量:1

Advance of research on p53 gene and regulation of DNA injury signals

摘要 肿瘤抑制基因p53是目前研究最为广泛和系统的抑癌基因之一.自从该基因在1979年被首次报道以来,人们对p53的结构和功能展开了广泛的研究.研究发现在环境致癌剂诱发人类恶性肿瘤的过程中,p53基因发挥着关键作用.p53基因参与了DNA损伤修复、细胞周期调控、细胞凋亡及抑制血管生成等过程.p53介导的信号转导通路非常复杂,其参与调控的基因已超过160种,这些基因形成网络从而协调调节细胞的生命活动.以下针对p53与环境诱癌剂、p53基因网络和p53与DNA损伤修复的关系等内容的研究进展作一综述.
