摘要
在NaCl胁迫下,玉米种子在萌发过程中种子内Na+含量大量增加,Ca2+含量显著减少,种子内α-淀粉酶活性降低,导致玉米种子萌发率降低,萌发期延迟。外加Ca2+使NaCl胁迫下玉米种子内α-淀粉酶活性升高。
The Na + content in germinating maize seeds was largely increased,but the Ca 2+ content and the activity of α amylase in germinating seeds were remarkably decreased under NaCl stress.Therefore,the germination of maize seeds was decreased and delayed by salt stress.Exogenous supply of Ca 2+ increased the activity of α amylase and the germination of maize seeds under NaCl stress.
