摘要
中国企业在跨国并购中会面临文化上的差异,分析这些差异,采取正确的整合策略,选择适当的企业文化整合模式,是中国企业海外并购成功的关键所在。
Chinese enterprise will face the difference of culture during the process of multinational incorporation. To incorporate abroad successfully, the key point is that the differences should be analyzed, the correct integration strategy should be adopted and the appropriate cultural integration mode should be selected.
