摘要
以芥酸含量为0.44%、不育率为51.9%、纯度为99.7%的117A二级原原种为材料,在同一隔繁点进行连续多代自然隔繁,结果表明,仅自然隔繁一代的117A种子能达到117A制种用原种所规定的芥酸<1.0%、不育率≥47.0%、纯度≥99.0%、植株性状整齐度高、一致性好的质量标准,二代及以后各代均达不到规定的指标,且代数愈高差距愈远。说明隐性核不育两型系不能以制种用的原种连续进行繁殖供大面积制种用,否则,将明显增加拔可育株工作量,降低制种产量。
The secondary grade original seed of 117A, containing 0.44% of eurcic acid,with 51.9% of sterility, 99.7% of purity,was propagated continously for many generations under the condition of natural isolation, The results showed as follows.Only the first generation of original seed of 117A could reach to the standards of eurcic acid <1 0% sterility≥47.0%,purity≥99.0% ,high homogeneity of plant characters ,this original seed would be used in seed production.The second generation and generations hereafter all could reach to the standard as mentioned above,and higher was the generation,greater was difference.It was indicated that recessive GMS AB lines could not used to produce seed in large scale area by many generation propagation of original seed,because this would increase the amount of fertile plant and reduce the yield of seed,heterosis and quality
