摘要
引入人才租赁机制是高等学校用人制度改革发展的趋势之一。本文通过对人才租赁的内涵、方式、特征、现状及其现实意义等方面作了全面阐述,并提出了建设性意见,以其推进高等学校用人制度的改革进程。
The adoption of a mechanism for human resource loaning is a trend in the reform of universities＇ human resource management system. This paper discusses the significance, forms, characteristics and present state of human resource loaning, and offers some suggestions for universities＇ human resource management reform.
