摘要
研究了五种二价金属阳离子化合物,即CaCl2,MgCl2,CuSO4,MnCl2和CoCl2对西瓜枯萎病菌厚垣孢子萌发及芽管生长的影响,25℃培养8小时后发现5和0.5mmol/LMgCl2,5mmol/LMnCl2及0.5mmol/LCaCl2能促进病菌厚垣孢子萌发和芽管生长,但0.5mmol/LCoCL2和CuSO4能抑制萌发和芽管生长.当浓度提高时。
Five compounds with bivalent cations,such as CaCl 2,MgCl 2,CuSO 4,MnCl 2 and CoCl 2 were tested to determine their influences on the germination and tube growth of chlamydospores of Fusarium oxysporum f. sp. niveum (abbr. FON) under incubation at 25 ℃ for eight hours. The result showed that MgCl 2 at the concentration of 5 and 0.5 mM,MnCl 2 at the concentration of 5 mM,and CaCl 2 at the concentration of 0.5 mM improved the germination and tube growth of chlamydospores,respectively. But,CoCl 2 and CuSO 4 at the concentration of 0.5 mM inhibited them,respectively,and the effect of CoCl 2 and CuSO 4 became stronger with rising concentrations.
