摘要
以虾蟹壳和累托石为主要原料,通过对其进行改性制成水溶性天然有机高分子絮凝剂(PQ)和改性累托石(AR),将两种絮凝剂复合制备成一种新型环保污泥脱水絮凝剂,考察了该絮凝剂的配比、投量及沉降时间对污泥脱水率的影响。结果表明,在PQ与AR的质量比为1∶6的条件下将复合絮凝剂配成1%的液体,其最佳投量为1 mL/L,最佳沉降时间为20 m in;在最优参数下,该絮凝剂对污泥的脱水率达68%;与传统絮凝剂聚丙烯酰胺相比,污泥脱水率提高了5.47%,污泥沉降时间缩短了33.33%,吨污泥单耗絮凝剂成本下降了4%,且处理过程中的二次污染大大减少。
Using lobster or crab shells and rectorite as the main raw material, PQ and AR are produced. Then, they are combined to make a novel environmental flocculant for sludge dewatering. The manufacturing parameters, such as composing ratios, dosage, and the influence of settling time on the sludge dewatering rate were investigated. The results show that the optimal mass ratio of PQ to AR is 1 : 6 ; the flocculants concentration is 1% liquid ; the best dosage is 1 rag/L; the best settling time is 20 minutes. Under these conditions, the sludge dewatering rate reaches 68%. Compared with the PAM, the sludge dewatering rate has increased by 5.47 %, the settling time has decreased by 33.33 % and the cost has decreased by 4%. Moreover, the secondary pollution in sludge treatment is much lower than that of PAM.
