摘要
目的:利用原子吸收光谱法测定柴胡的不同部位中钙、镁、钠、钾、铁、锰、铜、锌、铅和镉的含量。方法:采用空气-乙炔火焰的原子吸收光谱法。结果:对柴胡的花、叶、茎和根中金属元素的含量进行了分析比较。按照10种金属元素的加合量(μg·g^(-1))进行比较,其高低顺序依次为:叶(172841.4)>花(90493.7)>茎(84163.5)>根(77542.9)。结论:由实验结果发现,柴胡的不同部位中钙、镁、钠、钾、铁、锰,铜、锌、铅和镉的含量有差异,这为中医入药提供了有用的信息。
Objective:To establish a method for determination of trace metal elements in different parts (flower, leaf, stem, root) of the Bupleurum Chinense DC. Method: A flame - atomic absorption spectrometry with air - acetylene flame was adopted. Results: The content of Ca, Mg, Na, K, Fe, Mn, Cu, Zn, Pb and Cd in the flower, leaf, stem and root had been compared. According to the order from high to low, the additive weight ( μg · g ^- 1 ) of ten metal elements as follow : leaf ( 172841.8 ) 〉 flower ( 90493.4 ) 〉 stem ( 84163.1 ) 〉 root ( 77542. 5 ). Conclusion: The method is simple, accurate. The experimental results obtained from the samples found that there were considerable differences of the content of the metal elements in the different parts.
