HPLC determination of andrographolide sodium bisulfite

目的:建立一种用 HPLC 测定亚硫酸氢钠穿心莲内酯的新方法。方法:采用 Diamonsil C_(18)(250 mm×4.6 mm,5μm)色谱柱,甲醇-乙腈-0.02 mol·L^(-1)磷酸二氢钾溶液(5:24:75)为流动相,220 nm 为检测波长,流速1.0 mL·min^(-1),进样量10μL。结果:能将亚硫酸氢钠穿心莲内酯与其主要杂质分离,在100.4～1004μg·mL^(-1)浓度范围内,其峰面积与浓度线性关系良好(r=0.9999),平均回收率(n=3)为100.2%,100.5%,99.6%;RSD 分别为0.49%,0.98%,0.49%。结论:该方法简便、快速、准确,可用于亚硫酸氢钠穿心莲内酯的检验。

Objective：To establish a liquid chromatography HPLC method for determination of andrographolide sodium bisulfite. Methods： Column ： Diamonsil C 18 （ 250 mm × 4. 6 mm, 5 μm） ; Mobile phase ： methanol - acetonitrile -0. 02 mol · L6-1 potassium dihydrogen phosphate （5： 24：75 ）;detection wavelength ：220 nm, flow rate： 1.0 mL 2 min^-1. Results：Good separations of andrographolide sodium bisulfite and the relative substance could be achieved under the above system. The linear response was 0. 9999 in the range of 100.4 - 1004 μg · mL^-1. The mean recoveries and RSD （n = 3 ）were 100. 2% , 100. 5 % , 99.6% and 0. 49% ,0.98% , 0. 49% respectively. Conclusion：The method is specific, simple and sensitive. It is acceptable in determination of andrographolide sodium bisulfite.
