摘要
目的:采用高效液相色谱法同时测定樟脑苯酚溶液中两组分的含量。方法:采用 Hypersil C_(18)色谱柱(4.6 mm×200mm,5μm),以甲醇-水(70:30)为流动相,流速2.0 mL·min^(-1),紫外检测器于290 nm 测定。结果:HPLC 法测定,所测成分与溶剂分离良好,樟脑、苯酚的线性范围分别为1:53~3.58 mg·mL^(-1)(r=1.0000)和0.74~1.73 mg·mL^(-1)(r=0.9997),样品溶液在24 h 内稳定,总回收率(n=9)分别为99.9%与100.1%。结论:本法简便、快速,结果准确、可靠,重现性好。
Objective:To determine the content of camphor and phenol in camphor and phenol solution by HPLC. Methods: The column : Hypersil C18 column ( 4. 6 mm × 200 mm, 5 μm, ) ; The mobile phase : Methanol - water ( 70 : 30) ;The flow rate:2. 0 mL · min^-1 ;The detection wavelength :290 nm. Results:The detected component and host were separated well by HPLC.
