摘要
对西藏某氧化铜矿石进行了可选性试验研究。试验根据矿石的工艺矿物学特性,以传统的硫化浮选工艺为基础,采用“硫氧分步粗选-粗精矿混合精选”的工艺流程并辅之以新型高效浮选药剂,有效地选别和综合回收了矿石中的有价元素铜和伴生金、银。闭路试验指标为,铜精矿品位31.66%、回收率83.25%,铜精矿含金1.50g/t、银106g/t,金、银回收率分别为78.62%、64.35%。
In order to provide mineral processing solution for the exploitation and utilization of a certain refractory oxide copper deposit in Tibet, a research on mineral processing technology has been conducted. According to the characteristic of process mineralogy of the ore, the pilot test shows that on the basis of conventional sulphidizing flotation technology, when a technological process of flotation separation by differential rough flotation of sulphide copper ore and oxide copper ore and combined cleaning after mixing of sulphide and oxide copper rough concentrates, the use of new and high efficiency collector can effectively realize the separation of copper and comprehensive recovery of associated gold and silver from the ore. The indexes from closed circuit flotation pilot test are: concentrate grade of copper ore is 31.66%; concentrate recovery of copper ore 83.25%; gold content 1.50g/t and silver content 106g/t for concentrate of copper, flotation recovery rate of gold and silver is 78.62% and 64.35% respectively.
