摘要
对贵州某铝土矿矿样的两种脱硅工艺流程进行了探讨,试验结果证明该矿石结构构造不适宜采用选择性磨矿工艺;采用正浮选脱硅工艺,其铝硅比和Al2O3精矿的回收率均达到了厂家要求,并且该流程工艺简单,容易在矿山生产中实现。
This paper explored two kinds of desilication process of some bauxite ore in Guizhou. The results prove that the structure of this sort of ore does not fit it for the desilication process by selective grinding but by direct flotation. Adopting the latter process, not only the ratio of aluminum to silicon but also the fraction product recovery of the concentrate of dialuminum trioxide meets the needs of the factory. Because of its simple technique, this process is easy to be realized during practically producing.
