小儿体外循环前应用两种比例的糖与胰岛素GIK液血糖的变化

摘要 在小儿体外循环心内直视术中,以1.0g/kg体重给葡萄糖,糖:胰岛素:氯化钾为1.0g:1.0~u:0.5mmol为Ⅰ组,2.0g:1.0~u:0.5mmol为Ⅱ组,配成含糖20%的GIK液静脉滴注,比较两组血糖变化。结果表明,Ⅱ组血糖水平比Ⅰ组高,且Ⅱ组各次血糖与麻醉前比均有显著差异(P<0.05)。提示在小儿心内直视术中,所给GIK液中葡萄糖与胰岛素以1.0g:1.0~u的比例较好。 Twenty patients undergoing cardiopulmonary bypass (CPB) were allocated into two groups. Glucose-insulin-KCKGIK) solution in a ratio of 1. Og : 1. 0u : 0. Smmol was given before CPB in group I (n = 9). In group 1 (n = 11),the ratio was 2. Og : 1. 0u: 0. Smmol. The concentration of glucose in two GIK solutions was 20%. Serum glucose was measured perioperatively. The results show that glucose levels after GIK infusion were significantly higher than that before anesthesia in gruup I . It is concluded that the GIK solution used in group I is better than that in group I .
