摘要
分析方坯切割断面不平整问题;找出其影响因素主要是煤气与氧气的配比不合适、割嘴易堵塞;通过采取相应的改善措施,使方坯切割断面的平整度得到提高。
The present paper analyzes the problem concerning the irregularity of the cutting section of a billet and finds out that the primary affecting factor is the improper pro-portioning between gas and oxygen leading frequently to blockage of the cutting nozzle. The leveling of the cutting section of the billet has been greatly improved since adoption of a few counter measures.
