摘要
利用分光光度法对不同生长期苦荞和甜荞黄酮含量的动态变化进行了研究,结果表明,苦荞和甜荞不同生长期黄酮含量均呈现规律性变化,即花>叶>根>茎,且苦荞中的含量明显大于甜荞。该结果为荞麦及其制品质量评价和甘肃省荞麦的综合利用提供了科学依据。
Flavonoids was determined by spectrophotometry to study dynamic changes of flavonoids content in F.esculentum Moench and F.tataricumlinn Gaench during different growth stages. The result showed that the flavonoid content of F.esculentum Moench and F.tataricumlinn Gaench changes regularly during different growth stages, that is, the content in flower is higher than in leaf, that in leaf is higher than in root , the content in stem is the lowest, and F.tataricum Gaench is obviously higher than F.esculentumlinn Moench. Not only did our research provide a scientific foundation for the quality evaluation of buckwheat and its production, but also for the full utilization of buckwheat in Gan-su province.
