摘要
以N,N'-亚甲基双丙烯酰胺为交联剂,过硫酸钾为引发剂,采用微波技术一步合成粉末状高吸水树脂。研究了单体配比、反应体系pH、交联剂及引发剂用量以及微波功率和微波辐射时间对树脂的吸水率的影响;得到的高吸水树脂最大吸水率为930g/g。并利用SEM和FTIR对其结构进行了表征。
A super-water-absorbent resin was synthesized by the method of microwave polymerization using N,N'-methylene-bis-acylamide as a crosslinking agent and ammonium persulfate as an initiator at one step. The influence of mole ratio of acrylamide (AM)to acrylic acid (AA),the pH of reaction system,the amount of crosslinking agent and initiator ,and the power and time of microwave was investigated and optimized. The water absorbing capacity of the obtained ammonium polyacrylate is best at 930g/g. SEM and FTIR were also used to characterize the product.
