摘要
以石油醚为提取剂,加入丙酮作改性剂,从西瓜中提取番茄红素,得到最佳提取剂为石-丙比9∶1。在最佳提取剂下,考察提取时间、温度、料液比对提取率的影响,并采用正交实验进行优化,得到优化提取条件为料液比1∶7,提取时间80min,温度45℃。
The mixture of 90% petroleum ether and 10% acetone is selected as extracting agents to investigate the effects of extracting time, temperature and ratio of weight to volume on lycopene extraction. The experiments result in optimum conditions as follows: weight to volume ratio of 1:7, extracting time 80min and temperature 45℃.
