激光烧蚀Cu产生等离子体羽的特性研究 被引量:1

摘要 通过拍摄脉冲激光在氦气中烧蚀金属Cu诱导产生等离子体羽的照片,测定等离子体羽的发射光谱及其强度随空间的分布,结果表明等离子体羽由三个区域构成,不同区域的诱导发光机理不同,并用之较好地解释了所观察的实验现象。 The plasma plume photograph from pulsed laser ablation of metal Cu in the pressure of 12.4kPa helium atmosphere was taken, Spatial - resolved measurements of plasma plume emission spectra by pulsed laser ablation of metal Cu in helium were reported. The experimental results may be explained using a simple model based on plume is made of three different ranges. In the ranges, the colour character and the ablation mechanism is different from one another, it can be used to explaine the experimental results successfully.
