光参量产生器泵浦源的优化设计与实验研究

摘要 研究了作为光参量产生器的泵浦源的1064nm Nd∶YAG激光器输出特性和运转特性。通过调Q脉冲的速率方程的数值计算得到脉冲形状,分析了脉冲形状对光参量振荡的影响。在泵浦功率为9.3W,Q开关重复频率为20kHz时,输出TEM00模1064nm激光平均功率为3.20W,光光转换效率34.4%,峰值功率为60kW。高峰值功率、窄脉宽的泵浦源为产生高质量、宽调谐、高转换效率的光参量产生器创造了条件。 The output and running characteristics of the 1064nm Nd:YAG laser for the pumping source of the optical parametric generator (OPG) are demonstrated. The pulse-shapes were obtained by numerial calculating the Q- switched rate equations and the influence of the pulse-shapes on OPG were analysed. 3.20W of average output power at TEM0o 1064nm was achieved at incident pump power of 9.3W with pulse repetition rate of 20kHz, corresponding to a optical conversion efficiency of 34.4%. The peak power of 60kW was obtained. The pump source with high peak power and narrow pulse width has created the condition for the OPG with high beam quality, broad tuning and high conversion efficiency.
