摘要
采用固体过氧化物,生产了纤维级聚丙烯专用树脂H30S。通过控制过氧化物加入量来控制产品的熔体流动速率(MFR),保证生产的稳定。H30S的MFR为32g/10min,灰分小于0．030％,屈服拉伸强度大于28 MPa、黄色指数测试值小于0．5。
A kind of fiber-grade polypropylene （PP） speciality resin, H30S, was prepared in the presence of solid peroxide. The control in addition of the peroxide could be used to adjust the melt flow rate （MFR） of the speciality resin and ensure the stability of the production. H30S possessed MFR of 32 g/10 min, ash content of below 0.030%, tensile strength at yield of over 28 MPa and measured yellow index of below 0.5.
