蝮蛇抗栓酶对结核性渗出性胸膜炎的治疗作用

Effect of ahalysantifarctasi in prevention and cure tuberculous pleurisy with effusion

对７７例结核性渗出性胸膜炎病人在化疗的同时加用蝮蛇抗栓酶静脉滴注及胸腔内注入，与应用肾上腺皮质激素的４６例对比。结果：蝮蛇抗栓酶在促进渗液吸收、预防胸膜粘连方面，优于激素，而对中毒症状的缓解则激素优于蝮蛇抗栓酶。除１例出现皮疹外，未见其他不良反应。

On the basis of using antituberculosis chemotherapy, 77 cases of tuberculous pleurisy with effusion were treated with ahalysantinfractasis intravenous dripping and pleural cavity injecting, and 46 cases were treated with cortico steroids for comparison. It showed that ahalysantinfractasis was better than stroids in promoting absorption of effusion and preventing adhesion of pleura, but steroids was superior to ahalysantinfractasis in remission of foxic symptoms, No adverse reaction was found among over 200 cases/times treated with pleural cavity injecting, except 1 case of drug eruption.
