Government is facing crisis of trust

官员信用危机正在成为政府的另一种“债务负担”,如果不尽快解决,不仅整个信用体系缺少牢固的基础,而且很难保证不演变为另外一个意义上的社会不稳定因素。

Governmental credit is basic in the credit system. But in the construction of Chinese social credit system, only the personal and company credits are included as important factors, while the construction of governmental credit is neglected by most of the government departments. Government lost its credit by eating with public money, not paying debts ,and so on. Now the credit of government is in great danger.
