积极应对日本肯定列表 山东农产品出口逆势上扬

Coping with Japanese Positive List System, Export of Shandong Farm Produce Rises in Adverse Circumstances

1—7月份，全国农产品出口165．4亿美元，同比增长9．1％，其中对日出口45．4亿美元，同比减少0．04％。同期，山东省农产品出口42．8亿美元，同比增长14．2％，对日本出口16．3亿美元，同比增长7．4％。在我国农产品最大的出口市场——日本开始实施苛刻的“肯定列表制度”、不少发达国家农业保护主义抬头，全国农产品出口增长放缓、对日出口出现停滞甚至下滑的情况下，山东省农产品出口仍保持稳步增长，原因主要有以下几点：

Retween Jan. and July of 2006, the nationwide export of farm produce amounted to 16.54 billion US dollars, up by 9.1%, in which the export to Japan was valued at 4.54 billion US dollars, a decrease of 0.04%. During the period, the export of Shandong farm produce totaled 4.28 billion US dollars, up by 14.2%, including the export to Japan valued at 1.63 billion US dollars, up by 7.4%.
