摘要
三绿工程是由商务部、中宣部、科技部、财政部、铁道部、交通部、卫生部、工商总局等13个部门联合实施的,以建立健全流通领域和畜禽屠宰加工行业食品安全保障体系为目的,以严格市场准入制度为核心,以“提倡绿色消费、培育绿色市场、开辟绿色通道”为主要内容的系统工程。经过6年多的建设,上市销售农产品安全状况总体好转。2005年与2001年相比,食品卫生平均合格率提高近3个百分点,上市蔬菜农药残留平均合格率达到95%以上。
The 3-Green Project, implemented jointly by 13 departments such as the Ministry of Commerce, Central Publicity Department of CCCPC, Ministry of Science & Technology, Ministry of Finance, Ministry of Railways, Ministry of Communications, Ministry of Public Health and State Administration for Industry & Commerce, reflects a systems engineering with full controls in whole process on food "from farmland to dining table". The Project aims to set up and perfect the guarantee system for food safety in circulation sector and livestock & poultry slaughtering and processing industry, and strictly enforces the market access system as a key element.
