摘要
目的探讨糖尿病兔角膜上皮的修复过程。方法对兔采用静脉注射四氧嘧啶诱发糖尿病兔模型,成模后观察其角膜上皮显微结构改变,经冷冻损伤后与正常兔比较,观察角膜上皮愈合速率和显微结构的改变。结果糖尿病兔角膜上皮细胞内糖原和线粒体增多,基底膜增厚。对于同等程度的冷冻,糖尿病兔角膜上皮基底膜易损伤,出现基底膜缺失及断续不规则。糖尿病兔角膜新生上皮细胞之间、上皮细胞与基底膜之间连接疏松。糖尿病兔角膜上皮总的愈合速率与正常兔比较差异无显著性。结论糖尿病兔角膜上皮基底膜异常和新生上皮连接疏松可能是糖尿病患者角膜上皮愈合延迟和反复脱落的主要原因。
ObjectiveInordertoapproachthecourseofcornealepithelialhealingofdiabetesmelitus.MethodsTheexperimentalrabbitdiabetesmodelswereproducedbytheinjectionofalox-an.Thecornealepitheliumofeachrabbitwasremovedbyfreezingwitha6mmdiameterbrassprobecooledinliquidnitrogen.Therateofcornealepithelialhealingfolowingfreezinginthenormalrabbitwascomparedtothatinthediabeticone.Contrastedwiththenormalrabbits,theultrastructuralchangesoftheepitheliumwithandwithoutfreezingwerealsoobservedinthediabeticrabbits.Re-sultsItisshownthatthereisnostatisticalsignificantdiferenceintheoveralrateofepithelialheal-ingbetweenthenormalanddiabeticrabbit.Incontrastwiththenormalrabbit,theepithelialbase-mentmembraneofthediabeticrabbitwithoutfreezingrevealedmarkedlythickened,andthemito-chondriaandglycogenparticlesintheepithelialcelincreased.Inthediabeticrabbitwithfreezing,theepithelialbasementmembraneappearedabsentordiscontinuous.Aftercompletehealing,thecornealepitheliumwasedematousindiabeticrabbits.ConclusionTheabnormalbasemenetmem-braneandedematousepithelialcelwereresponsibleforthediabeticcornealepithelialpoorhealingandrecurrenterosion.
