14例急性坏死性筋膜炎的护理体会

Nursing experience for 14 cases of acute necrotizing

目的:探讨急性坏死性筋膜炎的护理对策。方法对14例急性坏死性筋膜炎患者采用心理护理、生命体征监测、基础护理以及创面护理等方法进行护理治疗。结果14例患者全部康复出院,无1例死亡,无1例出现并发症。结论以上针对急性坏死性筋膜炎的护理措施是正确而有效的,可以促进患者康复。

Objective to explore the nursing strategies of patients with acute necrot-izing fasciitis. Methods we used psychologic nursing care, vital sign monitoring, basic nur-sing ways, wound nursing and other nursing skills for 14 patients with acute necrotizing fas-ciitis. Results all the patients leaved hospital with no death and no complications. Conclusion the nursing skills that are adopted are effective and can promote the recovery of the patients.
