纳米羟基磷灰石联合聚焦超声对家兔肝脏作用焦域效应的研究 被引量:9

摘要 目的探讨纳米羟基磷灰石(nano-hydroxyapatite,nano-HA)静脉应用对聚焦超声治疗兔肝脏作用效应的影响。方法新西兰大白兔40只,采用随机数字表法分为4组,分别给予生理盐水,纳米HA 50、100、150 mg/kg;每组家兔肝脏均接受聚焦超声体内定点辐照。测量每点辐照结束后聚焦超声作用焦域处中心的瞬时温升,24 h后处死动物并测量所形成的凝固性坏死灶体积。结果纳米HA用药组3组在辐照5、10、15 s后焦域处的瞬时温度均较生理盐水组明显升高(P<0.01),且随着纳米HA用量增加,焦域处温升增加。不同纳米HA剂量组所形成的凝固性坏死灶体积均较相应的生理盐水组明显增大(P<0.01)。随着纳米HA的用量增加,所形成的凝固性坏死体积亦随之明显增加(P<0.01)。结论纳米羟基磷灰石可改变动物肝脏组织的声学环境,从而增强聚焦超声对兔肝的作用效应。 Objective To investigate the effect of nano-hydroxyapatite (HA) on the curative effect of focused ultrasound on rabbits' livers. Methods Forty New Zealand rabbits were divided into 4 groups randomly, and infused with saline 2 ml/kg, HA 50 mg/kg, HA 100 mg/kg and HA 150 mg/kg respectively. Each liver was dot-exposured in vivo to focused ultrasound at same working parameters. Then the instantaneous temperature of focal region was measured just after exposure, and the volume of the coagulative necrosis in the liver was measured 24 h later. Results The mean temperature of the focal region was significantly higher in HA groups than in saline group after exposured for 5, 10 and 15 s respectively (P 〈0.01 ), and was increased in a dose-dependent manner. The mean volume of the coagulative necrosis was larger in HA groups than in control (P 〈 0.01 ), and significant difference was observed between nano-hydroxyapatite at 50 mg/kg and 150 mg/kg (P 〈 0.01 ). Conclusion Nano-hydroxyapatite can change the acoustic environment of the rabbit liver tissue, and enhance the curative effect of focal ultrasound.
