恶性肿瘤患者T细胞亚群变化及其与肿瘤分期的关系

Changes of T lymphocyte subgroups in cancer patients and its relationship with tumor staging

目的了解恶性肿瘤患者的细胞免疫功能状况，为肿瘤治疗提供参考。方法用流式细胞仪分别对消化道肿瘤、女性生殖系统肿瘤、肺癌患者及健康对照者外周血总T（TT）、Th、Ts、Th／Ts和NK细胞进行检测，SPSS10．0软件进行统计分析。结果Th细胞在肺癌、女性生殖系统肿瘤以及消化道肿瘤患者中分别为（29．41±9．24）％、（34．62±10：27）％、（32．48±11．64）％，Th／Ts分别为0．93±0．39、1．10±0．49、1．16±0．52，均明显低于正常对照组（P〈0．05）。Ⅰ-Ⅱ期组及Ⅲ-Ⅳ期组肿瘤患者Th细胞分别为（37．77±9．13）％、（27．29±9．16）％，Ts细胞分别为（28．56±8．19）％、（37．90±11．89）％，2组经统计学检验差异有显著性（P〈0．05）。结论恶性肿瘤患者的细胞免疫功能处于抑制状态且其抑制程度与肿瘤分期相关。

Objective To analyze cellular immunological function of cancer patients in order to provide an evidence for immunological treatment to malignant tumors. Methods T lymphocyte subgroups （total T lymphocytes, Th, Ts, Th/Ts and NK）were determined by flow cytometry in 54 patients with lung cancer, 42 with gynecologic cancer, 44 with gastrointestinal cancer and 30 healthy individuals. Statistical data were analyzed by SPSS. Results T helper lymphocytes covered （29.41 ±9.24）%, （34, 62 ± 10, 27）%, and （32, 48 ± 11.64） % respectively in lung, gynecologic and gastrointestinal cancer, significantly lower than that of health people （P 〈 0. 05 ）. Th/Ts in these 3 tumors was 0.93 ± 0.39, 1.10 ± 0.49, and 1.16 ± 0.52 respectively, and still obviously lower than health group （ P 〈 0.05 ）. T helper lymphocytes was significantly lower in stage Ⅲ to Ⅳcancer than in stageⅠ to Ⅱ [ （27.29 ± 9.16） % vs （37.77 ± 9.13 ） %, P 〈 0. 05 ], and T suppressor lymphocytes was higher in the former than in the later [ （37.90 ± 11.89）% vs （28.56 ±8.19）%, P 〈0. 05]. Conclusion The cellular immunological function tumors is in an inhibitory stage in malignant tumor patients, which may be related with tumor staging.
