摘要
目的:探讨中鼻甲异常引起头痛的临床特点,以提高对本病的诊治水平。方法:回顾分析28例中鼻甲异常引起头痛的临床资料。结果:28例病变均通过鼻内镜、鼻窦CT确诊,采用中鼻甲部分切除术,21例头痛消失,5例头痛缓解,3例无改善。结论:中鼻甲部分切除术是治疗中鼻甲异常引起头痛的一种很好的方法。
Objective： To discuss the clinical characteristics of the headache induced by abnormal middle tulbinate , and therefore to improve the treatment level. Methods： The clinical data of 28 patients with headache resulted from abnormal middle turbinate were retrospectively reviewed. Results： They were confirmed by nasal endoscopic or sinus CT scanning and treated by partial middle turbinectomy. Conclusion： Partial middle turbinectomy is effective in treating headache resulted from abnormal middle turbinate.
